   All site visits are arranged as per mutual availability. We request clients to be on time for scheduled visits. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Service Scope
   Our role is to connect genuine buyers and sellers, and assist in completing the transaction. We do not take responsibility for legal disputes, unpaid dues, or hidden issues in the property unless clearly mentioned in writing.
4. Payments and Charges
   All service fees, brokerage, or commission will be shared with you before we begin work. Payments must be made on time as per the agreed terms for smooth progress of the deal.
5. Documentation
   We will guide you through preparing and reviewing property-related documents. However, we recommend that you have your own legal advisor verify all documents before completing the deal.
6. Confidentiality
   We value your privacy and will never share your personal or financial details with any third party without your permission, except where the law requires it.
7. Fair Dealing
   We work with honesty and fairness in every transaction. We expect clients to provide correct and truthful information about their property and avoid false commitments.
8. Dispute Resolution
   If any disagreement arises, we will first try to solve it through open discussion. If it cannot be resolved this way, it will follow the legal process under the Gurgaon jurisdiction.
